Select any run play in-game. Run the ball until tackled, and hold the speed boost button to sprint. Keep holding the button to trigger the rush offense and start the next play. Once the next play starts, your runner will have double the speed. Keep doing this for three turns and your player will run four times as fast as any of the defenders!
